Within the scope of Bahçeşehir University Scientific Research Projects (BAUBAP), the Undergraduate Student Research Project (LÖAP) support program enables undergraduate students to develop research, R&D, and design-oriented projects under the supervision of a faculty member while preparing them for national and international project funding programs.

Within the scope of LÖAP, students are encouraged to transform their research ideas into tangible projects, develop prototypes, conduct technology demonstrations, or create innovative solution proposals. The program also promotes students’ preparation for national and international competitions and funding programs such as TÜBİTAK 2209-A/B, TÜBİTAK 2242, TÜBİTAK BiGG, TÜSEB A1, TÜBİTAK 2205, TEKNOFEST, and similar programs.

Projects carried out under the supervision of a faculty member within the scope of UGRP are eligible for funding of up to TRY 100,000. Through the program, students are expected to gain a research-oriented mindset, acquire interdisciplinary research experience, and advance their projects toward further research and entrepreneurship processes.

Who Can Apply?

BAU undergraduate students may apply to UGRP through their faculty advisors. Applications are submitted by faculty members via the BAUBAP project system.
