Bahçeşehir University Technology Transfer Office (BAUTTO) Directorate has been operating since 2014, transforming the research outputs of BAU’ into economic value, ensuring university-industry cooperation, matching/developing national and international funds for researchers and students’ ideas, establishing innovative and deep-tech spin-offs, managing and commercializing of intellectual property rights.
The directorate proceeds with operations and reports directly University Presidency in line with the University Administrative Board decision dated 21.11.2017 and numbered 2017/15/02.
With the aim of being in the top 500 universities in the world by 2023, Bahçeşehir University is one of the most reputable institutions with the potential to be at the top of Turkey’s research universities rankings in the field of R&D and innovation, providing a wide infrastructure for qualified research to its faculty members and students.
