We Monitor Funding Sources for You

In order to support the research and R&D capabilities of researchers, students, and companies in the innovation ecosystem of BAU, we provide assistance to develop project capacities and increase technology readiness levels, we closely monitor national and international funding sources and match eligible calls for your projects. We offer services and support to all stakeholders during the project development, application, and execution phases. We ensure that our researchers, students, entrepreneurs, and technology companies and project and technical solutions to be developed within the scope of university-industry cooperation, access the appropriate funding mechanism in an accurate, fast and effective manner.

We deliver call announcements for funding and opportunities to our stakeholders (context-specific)

Collaborations

We match project partnership pursuits or provide you with access to suitable partners. We report to you the related parties involved in previous projects related to your project topic.

Project Administrative Services

We manage the contracts of the projects and monitor and control their budgets. We support project service and equipment procurement processes.

Information Days

We organized training and information meetings about funding programs and opportunities.

Reaching out external funds

With BAP, we provide funding to reach out and execute external funds. Via diverse 21 types of internal funds, we provide financial support to faculty members and students in the transition to national and international external funds.

Preliminary Assessment

We provide project pre-evaluation services for both national and international project proposals.

National Funding Opportunities

Our national funds unit offers services in line with the TUBITAK programs. In addition, we also offer services on Development Agencies and Ministry’s financial support programs. We provide services for accessing calls, finding/searching partners, project development, proposal evaluation, and review.

International Funding Opportunities

Our international funding unit offers services in line with the European Union (EU) programs, and we provide partner find/search, project development, writing, and review services within the scope of the calls. We enable you to apply for TÜBİTAK co-support projects for our country’s participation in EU funds. We prepare stakeholder analysis for faculty members who want to take part in existing or emerging consortia, enabling them to develop partnerships and participate in international research networks. In addition to EU funds, we also provide support services for National Agency, TUBITAK bilateral cooperation (1071), Consulates, and other international calls.
