University–Industry Collaboration Project

Bahçeşehir University has formally executed and brought into force the Cooperation Agreement with BSH Ev Aletleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. within the framework of the project entitled “Consumer Food Preparation Behaviors and Usage Practices Research.

The project will be conducted under the principal leadership of Prof. Dr. Hasan Kemal Suher, Dean of the Faculty of Communication, with the scholarly contributions of Assist. Prof. Görkem Bir, faculty member in the Department of Advertising.

The research aims to systematically examine consumer food preparation behaviors through rigorous field research methodologies, to transform the resulting empirical findings into scientific outputs, and to generate value-added insights with practical relevance for industry. In this respect, the project represents a significant step toward strengthening university–industry collaboration and enhancing the integration of institutional research capacity with industrial application.

We would like to thank all academic and administrative stakeholders who have contributed to this process and wish the project team a successful and productive term.
