For Bahçeşehir University staff, the “CourseGPT Workshop” will be held online via Teams on Monday, January 19, 2026, in collaboration with OpenAI, the Artificial Intelligence Competency Unit, and the Center for Learning and Teaching (CLT).

In this training, participants will be able to develop their own AI assistants like CourseGPT and explore the potential of artificial intelligence to personalize the learning experience and create interactive activities.

Through this workshop, it is aimed that administrative staff will be able to design a CourseGPT adapted to their own roles and work processes with an effective and responsible approach; plan usage scenarios in daily operations and service processes; and carry out basic operational procedures and quality controls.
