The project titled “Physics-Informed and Energy/Solvent-Aware Prediction of MD Trajectories for Protein-Ligand Dynamic Systems — Long-Timescale Validation on SHP2 and Ensemble-Based Allosteric Inhibitor Screening”, led by faculty member Prof. Dr. Serdar Durdağı from Faculty of Pharmacy in BAU, with a budget of 2.397.620 TL and a duration of 24 months, has been awarded support.
