We are committed to enabling academics, students, and alumni to access pre-incubation and incubation services for their innovative and competitive business ideas targeting global markets. We closely monitor the scientific output within BAU to help transform it into research-based ventures.

BAU’s Unique Approach to Start-Ups!

The BAU Hub program offers financial support to entrepreneurs (For details and applications, please refer to the BAP Guidelines):

- Legal company establishment fee support
- Official accounting ledger expense support for 12 months
- Legal consultancy budget support
- Prototype development budget
- Entrepreneurial patent protection budget
- Bridge financing support (for companies approved by TEYDEB or KOSGEB)
- BAU Hub also provides hardware start-ups with access to laboratories, workshops, and mechanical-electronic design support within the Technology and Innovation Zone. The infrastructure is ready for you to design your product’s technology demonstration and manufacture your first order on campus!

Traditionally, Bahçeşehir University has been a customer of the services and products developed by its own entrepreneurs — over the past year alone, more than 10 BAU start-ups have gained the university as a client!

BAU Hub Incubation Centre

BAU, which hosts technology start-ups and provides end-to-end, one-on-one support throughout the commercialization process, offers more than just basic infrastructure in its office spaces — it connects ventures with academic, technical, and global networks and expertise. BAU HUB’s shared and private offices not only provide essential infrastructure but also create an environment that allows you to focus solely on your business.

EDU Lab

For start-ups developing products and solutions in the field of educational technologies, the “first customer” program offers access to Bahçeşehir Uğur Educational Institutions’ 50+ years of experience across all levels of education through the Edu Lab program. Together with other leading partners in the education sector, this program will help elevate the technology readiness and investment preparedness of entrepreneurs’ edtech solutions.

BİZ Lab

It offers a program designed to help early-stage technology start-ups access seed funding, providing one-on-one support throughout business model development and company formation processes.

BUG Lab TEKMER

Bug Lab, which has been training qualified talent and entrepreneurs for the global digital gaming industry for over 10 years, offers pre-incubation and incubation services under the TEKMER structure with KOSGEB support.

With its motto “Casual and beyond,” it provides tax incentives and industry-specific entrepreneurship services to digital game designers and developers at its Galata location.

With the BAU Technology and Innovation Zone, our doors are open to innovative and technology-based companies and start-ups!

At the BAU Future Campus located in Kemerburgaz, we offer advanced R&D and application laboratories and workshops, office spaces for technology companies, and the BAU Hub Incubation Center. With over 4,000 preparatory students on campus, there is a ready pool of young talent to support start-ups.

Standing out with its social amenities, the campus fosters a culture of co-creation in university–industry collaboration.
