From a pilot study to a strong project!

NAP-2 provides institutional funding for research projects with development potential, aiming to prepare them for external funding opportunities. It supports the development of projects through pilot experiments and preliminary data analysis, with the aim of strengthening applications to programs such as TÜBİTAK ARDEB 3501 and 1001.

Who Can Apply?

Full-time faculty members at BAU with an Academic Performance Score (APP) of 1 or above over the last three years may apply as project leaders.

What Does It Cover?

• Pilot experiments and preliminary data analysis.
• Intermediate outputs that strengthen external funding applications.
• Improvements aimed at publication preparation or conference presentations.

Funding Details

• Project Budget: 350,000 TL.
• Project Duration: Minimum 6 months, maximum 12 months.
• Scholarship Holder: One scholarship holder may be assigned for up to 12 months, excluding the project budget.
