The second session of the training series organized for Bahçeşehir University administrative staff, CustomGPT Workshop – Administrative Staff 2, was successfully held online on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.

The workshop, implemented in collaboration with OpenAI, the Artificial Intelligence Competency Unit, and BAU Center for Learning & Teaching (CLT), aimed to elevate the competencies of administrative staff in developing AI-supported digital assistants to the next level.

During the workshop, participants expanded upon the CourseGPT experience they gained in the first workshop and practically explored how more comprehensive and customizable CustomGPT solutions can be designed, how advanced scenarios aligned with their duties and responsibilities can be structured, and how these systems can be integrated into institutional processes.

Within the scope of the event, the strategic advantages of using artificial intelligence in administrative work processes, efficiency in service processes, quality control mechanisms, and advanced CustomGPT usage scenarios that can be integrated into internal institutional workflows were also discussed.

CustomGPT Workshop – Administrative Staff 2 was completed as an important second step in the training series aimed at strengthening the artificial intelligence literacy and practical competencies of administrative staff at BAU.
