Applications have opened for the College of Europe Master’s Scholarship Program for the 2026–2027 academic year, which is implemented by the Directorate for EU Affairs with the support of the Turkish private sector and civil society organizations, as well as the College of Europe and the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Within the scope of the program, scholarships will be provided to academically successful candidates who have a good command of English and French and who wish to pursue a master’s degree in the field of European Union studies. The scholarship covers a 10-month master’s education at the College of Europe’s Bruges (Belgium) and Natolin (Poland) campuses.
The scholarships cover tuition, registration, accommodation, and meals.
(Airfare, travel expenses, and pocket money are not covered. Payments are made directly to the College of Europe.)

Candidates are required to complete a two-stage application process:
Receiving admission from the College of Europe does not mean that the scholarship has been awarded. Scholarship recipients will also be determined based on the results of interviews conducted by the Turkish Selection Committee.
