TÜSEB – A3 Proje Destek Programı değerlendirme sonuçları kapsamında;  
 
BAU Tıp Fakültesinden akademisyenimiz Doç. Dr. Timuçin Avşar’ın danışmanlığında Tıp Fakültesi doktora öğrencimiz Arş. Gör. Deniz Kılıç’ın “Likit Biyopsi ile Meningioma Radyocerrahi Yanıtının Öngörülmesi” isimli 200.000 TL bütçeli projesi 18 ay süre ile desteklenmeye hak kazandı.
