Prof. G\u00f6rkem Bir<\/strong>, faculty member in the Department of Advertising.<\/p>\n<p>The research aims to systematically examine consumer food preparation behaviors through rigorous field research\u00a0methodologies, to transform the resulting empirical findings into scientific outputs, and to generate value-added insights with practical relevance for industry.
